Santa is coming to Alma!
The sound of sleigh bells rang through the rainforest of Brisbane’s Alma Park Zoo when Santa paid a visit to choose animals to join his Australian sleigh team this year!
The jolly man in red was accompanied by a cuddly koala as he took sleigh team nominations from Alma’s snow white Wallabies, big Red Kangaroos, Fallow Deer and Blackbuck Antelopes. However, Santa is still yet to make a decision about who will join his sleigh team for 2012!
On Saturday December 8th and Saturday December 15th, Santa will be returning to Alma Park to enlist the help of children to select his perfect sleigh team.
From 10:30am families will have the opportunity to meet Santa, provide sleigh team suggestions and have their Christmas family photo taken. Santa will be posing for Christmas family photos with a difference. They will be taken alongside cuddly koalas, a slithery snake or a gorgeous gator!
